The Birch Run Expo Center has over 100,000 square feet of exposition space available. They host anything from small meetings to large events, from monster truck shows to dog shows. Different events such as cheerleading, horse shows, car shows, motorcycle shows. Meeting spaces available with meetings as small as 10 people up to 3-400 people.

The Conference and Events Center at Saginaw Valley State University provides a modern, energizing site for corporate events in particular. Buildings on the main campus are connected by indoor walkways so that winter or summer, rain or shine, the campus is ready for visitors. Housing is available right on campus in the summer months and nearby hotels offer special room rates year round for those coming to university events. Saginaw Valley State is an ideal place to hold meetings that go beyond the campus.

Saginaw County is home to the Dow Event Center, conveniently located off of Michigan’s I-75. The Dow Arena holds up to 7,600 people and attracts national performers from Kenny Chesney to Michigan’s own Kid Rock. It also hosts family events like Disney on Ice and Sesame Street Live. Dow Arena is also home to the Saginaw Spirit hockey team, mid-Michigan’s Ontario Hockey League franchise. The Dow Event Center Hall is a popular choice for trade shows. They have a 2200 seat theater, a 5500 seat arena and 12,000 square feet of dividable, corporate/wedding space that we can use in a multitude of different uses, including weddings, corporate events, galas and meetings.The Dow also has a variety of smaller meeting rooms for more intimate gatherings. Plus there’s an atrium flooded with natural light for additional trade show space, banquets and receptions. The Dow Event Center has professional caterers and a dedicated staff to serve at any event. Choose from a tasty selection for an hor d’oeuvres buffet, an elegant sit-down dinner, or your company picnic.

Frankenmuth is Michigan’s “Little Bavaria,” and Old World German hospitality abounds. And it’s Christmas every day at Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland, the world’s largest Christmas store. Enjoy the 350 fully decorated Christmas trees, hundreds of nativity sets and acres of decorations. It’s “the most wonderful time of the year” every day at Bronner’s. Frankenmuth is home to another fine tradition. For four generations, Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth has offered the best in family hospitality. Zehnder’s restaurant is famous for its all-you-can-eat family-style chicken dinners. Their full-service menu includes European desserts and pastries. The ten dining rooms at Zehnder’s can seat 1500 people and special charm is reflected in the Bavarian costumes worn by the service staff, the architecture, and the warmth extended to one million visitors each year. Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth includes restaurants, an 18-hole championship golf course, the 152-room hotel and more. Zehnder’s Splash Village Hotel and Water Park. 30,000 square feet of fun including four-story tube slides, huge play areas complete with dumping buckets of water and the Crooked Brook Creek where the waters will take you along a lazy river of relaxation. Elves and fairies do the work while you cool off and have a blast. The Bavarian Inn Lodge is another great getaway. It accommodates groups from five to 500 people and everyone will have fun in the Lodge’s five indoor pools. Kids can swim to their heart’s content. Mom and dad will love the shopping and great food.
